I’ve never been a fan of the silicone pastry mats to me. They were always just getting away and a pain in the you know what to clean. This was amazing. I made my tortillas on them and they never never moved. It was a breeze to clean I absolutely loved it and I definitely definitely urge you to give it a try. It was excellent.
